In Belgium we don’t have a government (it’s been more than 250 days now…) but we still have some great hardcore bands! So, Leuven based Perspective Records decided to release This Is Belgium, a “57 minutes of Belgian hardcore” compilation.
I’m sick of all these people saying that hardcore is dead and that it’s all about fashion and trends. Yes, a big part of our scene is dying because of apathy, ignorance, mainstream media, fashion and energy drinks, but some kids – like the Perspective Records guys – still keep the DIY spirit alive!
So show them some support and get this awesome compilation. No excuses, it’s only 5€. If you’re not hardcore now, you never were! By the way, they are not on this record but check out my good friends in RENO and ONE ETHIC.
